PURCHASE POLICIES

The Estancia Mendoza website uses a security system in all its e-commerce transactions to ensure that all data you send us will be safe. Thanks to this process, it is practically impossible for anyone without authorization to access any personal information.
Those who have legal capacity to contract may use the services of Estancia Mendoza. Minors or users who have been temporarily or definitively suspended may not use e-commerce services. If you are registering a user as a company, you must have the capacity to contract on behalf of such entity and to obligate it to the terms of this agreement.

ORDERS AND USERS

Orders generated through Estancia Mendoza must be correctly completed with all data required for the unequivocal identification of the purchaser. Once the order is received, our site will send you a confirmation to your email.
If one or more of the products in the purchase order are not available due to force majeure, Estancia Mendoza may cancel the order with prior communication to the customer and return of the amount paid if applicable.
Likewise, Estancia Mendoza reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if it considers that any of the purchase order and/or buyer data (identification data, payment method, or any other type) is fraudulent, incorrect, or incomplete, in order to guarantee the quality of service.
In order to place an order, the customer must register, obtaining a username and password that are personal and non-transferable. Similarly, the customer is responsible for any orders placed under their username and password.

PRICES AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

The prices and conditions displayed are valid at all times and only apply during the current session. In the order confirmation information, prior to the buyer accepting the transaction, the prices of each of the selected items are clearly specified.
The Estancia Mendoza website reserves the right to modify the prices mentioned on the website or in any of its publications (whether they be graphic pieces, email messages, or others) without prior notice.

Our products are hand-spun and hand-woven on a loom with undyed virgin wool.


CARE

Do not wash in a washing machine. Avoid direct sunlight. Rotate the rug regularly to promote even wear.


STAINS

Wool contains lanolin, which repels stains and prevents liquids from being absorbed. In case of a liquid spill, the first thing to do is to absorb it with a dry cloth. Press without rubbing to avoid spreading the stain or loosening the stitches. If the stain persists, gently clean by pressing a sponge with warm water, mild soap, and alcohol vinegar. Do not rub the garment to prevent wool fibers from coming loose. To dry, remove excess water and lay the garment on an absorbent cloth in the shade. If the stain cannot be removed, we should consult a professional for pure wool cleaning. Never use stain remover or repellent.


VACUUMING

It is recommended to vacuum gently once a week following the direction of the weave. Do not use a brush to avoid friction and pilling.


PREVENTION OF MOTH

Keep the garment ventilated in a clean, dry, airy, and accessible environment for regular inspections. The use of lavender can help. Do not store the rug in dark spaces for long periods and never in plastic bags.

LOOSE THREADS

Loose threads are normal in handmade garments, pass the thread to the other side with a crochet needle. Never cut the thread.

USE OF ANTI-SLIP

The use of an anti-slip helps protect the rug, prevents slipping, and provides extra cushioning.
