What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing? Minimum quantities vary depending on the product and collection (12 aprox.). Please contact us to discuss your needs and receive a tailored proposal.

Do all pieces need to be the same model? Not necessarily. You may combine different models, colors, and designs within the same order, as long as the minimum quantity per line is met.

Do you work only with natural fibers? Yes. We work exclusively with natural fibers, mainly Uruguayan wool and wool–cotton blends, using non-industrial processes and avoiding synthetic fibers.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept bank transfers and other previously agreed payment methods. For customized or large orders, an advance payment is required to begin production.

What is the production time? All our pieces are handmade, so lead times vary depending on volume and design. We recommend placing orders well in advance.

Can I customize the products? Yes. We offer customization in size, colors, leather labels, packaging, and other details depending on the project.

Can I create an exclusive capsule collection for my brand? Yes. We develop exclusive capsule collections in collaboration with brands, companies, hotels, and stores, ensuring identity and coherence in every proposal.

Where can I see samples? Samples can be viewed by appointment or sent upon request. We also provide photographic material and digital catalogs for an initial presentation.

Can details such as embroidery or special finishes be added? Yes. We evaluate embroidery, special finishes, and other custom details, always respecting the artisanal nature of each piece.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes. We ship internationally, with DHL, coordinating logistics according to destination and order volume.
